For looking attractive and beautiful, it is necessary that you have great skin and give proper attention towards face care. Just using the skin care products will not do. If you seriously want to improve the health of your skin then exercise and diet play an equally important role.

The following methods can really add to your health and happiness along-with your beautiful skin care.

The first step is dry brush exfoliation which can be done with bristle brush. This should be done in the morning before taking a bath. This helps in getting rid of dead skin thus detoxifying your skin. The gentle pressure on skin stimulates the nervous system, it also provides calming effect to the skin tissues. Help in blood circulation and decrease in puffiness are additional benefits.

The next step towards your beautiful skin care is drinking enough water. An ideal amount of water intake is 4-5 litres. You can easily attain your target by keeping a bottle of water with you all time during the day. If you do not like to drink so much of plain water then you can add some flavor to it. Water plays an important role in flushing out the toxins from body.

The next step in maintaining your body and face skin is intake of fibre. Most of the people know the importance of fibre in the diet. But in reality only a few know the appropriate quantity of required fibre intake. Brown bread contain up to ten times of fibre as compared to white. Pasta also contain adequate amount of fibre.

You should give them a try as it is the easiest dietary change. Eat enough fruit specially the apples. They should be taken along with their skin as their skin contains a lot of fibre. The next step towards beautiful skin is exercise. If you don’t exercise then you can notice your muscle tone turning to flab. Which in turn can lead to acne, bloating and cellulite. You may not like any of them. The incorporation of exercise in your lifestyle is a must. You should also limit your intake of sugar. Though you may like the sweetness of sugar. It is supposed to be the major cause of ageing of face skin. If you take two teaspoons of sugar in you coffee or tea then try to gradually decrease it to half or even to zero.

Before going to bed, make sure that you remove your make up completely. Wash your face before going to bed and in the mornings as make up blocks the pores and this damages your skin. After washing your face at night you must exfoliate with a delicate scrub for a beautiful skin. This is the most important tip towards face care.

Keep your skin healthy and fresh with a table spoon of sugar or oatmeal. Facial masks are great to apply to keep your face skin glowing and beautiful. Pamper your skin at night by applying a moisturizer generously. Treat your  face skin very gently and avoid scratching or scrubbing harshly while cleaning or moisturizing. Always protect it from direct sunlight. Drink plenty of water and have fresh foods.

Try these home beautiful skin tips by using things from the kitchen without any extra cost:

Eyes:  Massage your eyelids with a drop of fresh caster oil to remove the puffiness. Make eye pads with thick slices of cucumber. This helps to cool your eyes. Alternatively you may use cotton pads that are soaked in cold milk. Place them on your closed eyes while laying down and just relax. Before going to sleep it’s a good idea to refresh your eyes by putting a drop of rose water into each eye.

Lips: Hot water fermentation on your lips followed by an application of Vaseline and honey mix goes a long way in preventing your lips from chapping. Use this about three times a week. If you are looking to prevent your lips from drying, a ground mixture of rose petals and milk butter is great.

Hands: Simply rub a piece of lemon all over your hand before washing and this will delay the onset of age-spots.

Hair: If you are in a hurry to go out and there is no time to shampoo your hair simply brush one tablespoon of talcum powder or corn flour through your hair. Try drinking a biotin rich drink or a mixture of blended bananas, honey, yogurt and low fat milk for a few weeks for hair loss. After shampooing your hair take some conditioner in your palm and rub it with both hands, applying it from the hair shaft downwards. Take care not to apply it to scalp. After 5 minutes rinse it off. As a last rinse before towel drying, add two spoons of malt vinegar for that extra shine and glow.

These tips can add stars to your beautiful skin.
